A body-led approach
Somatic bodywork is a body-led, trauma-aware therapy that supports the release of stored stress, emotional tension, and trauma held in the body. Rather than only talking about how you feel, we work with what your nervous system is actually carrying.
Each session is tailored to your body and your pace, drawing on a blend of approaches:

How the work stays safe
This is trauma-informed bodywork, designed to support regulation — never to push you into overwhelm. Every session is guided by three principles.
We work slowly, in small steps, so your system is never asked to process more than it can hold. Nothing is rushed.
We help your system move gently between activation and calm — building its capacity to return to safety on its own.
You remain in control at every moment. Nothing happens without your agreement, and you can pause or stop at any time.
