This isn’t just massage. It’s not simply somatic therapy or breathwork.
Integrated Somatic Bodywork is a weaving, a sacred integration of modalities designed to help your body remember its own natural rhythm.
Working slowly and intentionally, this approach gently unwinds years of stored tension, emotion, and stress patterns, creating a deep sense of safety, spaciousness, and self-awareness.
While this work can be deeply nourishing, it can also bring powerful emotional release. When your body finally feels safe enough to soften, it may begin to let go of long-held trauma and stress.
This may look like:

Waves of sensation moving through you
All of this is welcome and natural. These are signs your system is discharging energy, processing emotion, and reclaiming balance.
Every session is guided by trauma-sensitive principles to ensure you stay within your window of tolerance:
Titration – introducing experiences gently, in manageable doses.
Pendulation – guiding you between activation and safety so your body learns it can return to calm again and again.
Your safety is paramount. While Integrated Somatic Bodywork is gentle, certain medical or psychological conditions require caution or adaptation.
Sessions will only proceed if it is safe and supportive for you to receive this work. Please disclose any relevant health conditions on your screening form.

Before we begin, you’ll complete a screening form so I can understand your health history and any relevant considerations. We’ll then have a short consultation to clarify boundaries, intentions, and safety for both of us.
